My mother has been transferred from the Pasig City General Hospital to the UERM.  She was transferred today. She has pulmonary infection.  She is intubated and hooked up to a ventilator.  She is conscious but she is getting weaker. She is 74 years old.

The plan was to put her in a private room.  I do not know if the doctors will allow her to stay in a private room and not in the ICU. I do not know if visitors will be allowed to see her just yet. They will probably have to perform a battery of tests first.  At this time, even contracting a common cold might prove too much for her. Please pray for my mother that God’s perfect will be done in her life.  Please pray for my father that he may be able to absolutely surrender my mother, my mother’s life and my mother’s health to God.  May the God of all comfort give us the grace and strength to trust and thank Him for my mother’s life.
